Located in Downtown Brooklyn, sales have officially launched for 11 Hoyt Street, a 770,000 square foot residential tower designed by Studio Gang Architects, under the direction of Jeanne Gang. Developed by Tishman Speyer, the project will feature a 57-story, ground-up residential structure, which will rise on a full block. Hill West is the architect of record, while Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is managing the marketing and sales for the 480 units, as reported by YIMBY.
Studios are slated to start at around $600,000; 1-bedroom units will start around $800K; 2-bedrooms around $1.2M; 3-bedrooms for $1.9M; and 4-bedrooms for $3.4M. Residents can pick and choose from 190 varying floor plans. The 2nd floor with have a 27,000 square foot private elevated deck, which will become the largest in Brooklyn, and most likely, the largest in NYC.
The building will also feature an amenity-rich “Park Club” that will hold a state-of-the-art private fitness center, a 75-foot saltwater pool, squash courts, relaxation rooms, spa services, and locker rooms with saunas and steam rooms.
